We establish pricing during the “Welcome Session,” which is now a mandatory requirement for all new dogs. Prior to scheduling a grooming session, it’s crucial for the dogs to visit us first. We firmly believe that acquainting them with the environment, our staff, and the grooming process helps alleviate the stress of encountering a new place and new people before the grooming session. This approach ensures an optimal experience for the dogs.
